How much does tree removal cost in Mt. Juliet?
Most residential removals depend on size, location, and access. Small trees can be a few hundred dollars while large trees over structures cost more. Call (615) 491-6457 for a free, exact estimate.
Do I need a permit to remove a tree in Wilson County?
Most private residential removals don't need a permit, but some HOAs and city ordinances have rules. We're happy to help you check before work begins.
Can you remove a tree without heavy equipment in my yard?
Yes. Customers often ask us to keep machines off the lawn, and we do — climbing and hand-carrying debris when needed.
How often should trees be trimmed?
Most mature shade trees benefit from pruning every 3–5 years. Younger trees and fast growers may need it every 1–3 years.
Will trimming hurt my tree?
Not when it's done correctly. We remove no more than needed and make proper cuts so the tree seals itself.
Do you trim trees near power lines?
We clear branches growing toward service lines to your home. Main distribution lines are handled with the utility.
How much does stump grinding cost?
Price is based on stump diameter, number of stumps, and access. Bundled with a removal, it's often very affordable. Call for a free quote.
How deep do you grind?
Typically 6–12 inches below grade, deeper when you're planning to plant a new tree nearby.
Will the grinder damage my lawn?
Our grinder is compact, and we use mats when needed. Damage is minimal and we clean up thoroughly.
How long do tree cables last?
A properly installed system can last 10–20 years with periodic inspection and adjustment.
Does cabling hurt the tree?
Installation makes small holes the tree seals around. The support far outweighs the minor wound.
Do you provide the tree?
Yes, we can source and plant the tree, or plant one you've already purchased.
How far from my house should a tree be planted?
Large shade trees should usually be 20+ feet from the foundation; smaller ornamentals can be closer. We'll site it properly.
When should trees be fertilized?
Fall and early spring are the best windows for most trees in our area.
Are the treatments safe for kids and pets?
We use targeted applications and will tell you exactly how long to keep pets and kids clear of treated areas.
Does homeowner's insurance cover tree removal?
When a tree damages a covered structure, insurance often pays for removal. We document everything to help your claim.
How quickly can you come out?
We prioritize storm calls and get to dangerous situations as fast as possible. Call right away.
